Accessibility

It is our goal to ensure that we are providing a seamless experience for all of our guests and that everyone is able to access all areas of our website and our property. 

Should you have difficulty using or accessing any section of our website, please contact us immediately at info@salidainn.co. Aside from working with you to ensure you are provided with the information and assistance you need, we're committed to ensuring that each feature on our site is accessible for everyone and we will take the appropriate steps to address any short-comings. 

We have accessible rooms featuring an ADA compliant bathroom with a standard Tub/Shower with safety bars. We do not have a roll-in shower. We do offer telephone compatibility with an impaired aid, closed caption TV decoders, visual and tactile alert device, door-bell, alarm clock and Braille system. To reserve one of these rooms, you can book a Loyal Duke Queen online and then please make sure to contact us at info@salidainn.co or by calling us at (719) 539-2528 so we can block the room for you.

We encourage all guests with disabilities or mobility concerns to please contact the Front Desk to discuss room options, property layout and specifications.


Adjoining Room Requests 

We cannot confirm requests for connecting or adjoining rooms. However, we will make every effort to meet your requests.


Cancellation Policy

Salida Inn & Monarch Suites has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation received before three p.m. (3:00 p.m.) two days prior to the arrival date will be accepted without charges applied. During peak times or special events, we may require variations to this cancellation policy. Please refer to the specific policy quoted at the time of the reservation and written on your confirmation.

At the time of cancellation, we will provide you with a cancellation number and email you a cancellation notice. We suggest you save this communication.

 
Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is after 4:00pm.

Check-out time is 10:00am.

If you desire a late check-out and your room is available, a half-day room rate will apply up to 6pm. A full day rate will apply to guests wishing to depart after 6pm.

Early Departure Fee: One night's rate plus tax based on that evening’s rate.

The minimum age to register is 21.

 
Deposits

Generally, we do not require a deposit on individual reservations with the exception of certain special events or holiday periods. In the event of a deposit requirement you will be advised specifically at the time of booking. All group bookings and packages require a deposit.


Housekeeping

At Salida Inn & Monarch Suites, our Housekeeping department provides service daily. Bed linens are changed every third day and only towels placed on the ground are replaced as part of our property’s eco-friendly initiative. Linens can be changed more frequently upon request.

 
Parking

We offer complimentary outdoor parking on our premises.

 
Payment

All reservations do require a valid credit/debit card to guarantee the reservation. We authorize the credit/debit card the day prior to arrival. If we are unable to obtain an authorization the reservation is subject to cancellation. We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

  • Cash

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • Discover

If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees upfront. A $100.00 security deposit per night is required and will be returned to you on your departure date.

 
Pets

We are a dog friendly property and are happy for you to have up to two dogs in your room with you as long as you tell us prior to arrival so we can prepare a pet friendly room for you. We reserve the right to refuse a room to a guest whose dog we deem to be unsafe or overly loud in such a way as to harm or bother other guests. We take special care to clean each room by following special post-pet procedures. As such, we charge a $25 cleaning fee, and should there be any damage we will charge a replacement fee.  

Please clean up after your pet and properly dispose of any waste.

Due to allergy and safety concerns, we do not allow any other types of pets. We welcome all service animals with the proper documentation at no additional charge.

 
Pool & Hot Tubs

Our pool and hot tubs are open to guests until 10pm. When leaving the outdoor hot tubs, please replace the cover. 

 
Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms, but we do have designated exterior areas. If you choose to smoke in a room, you will be assessed a $250 cleaning fee. Please be mindful of your fellow guests.


Special Requests

Special requests like cribs, irons & boards, or other items can be made by calling the Front Desk. If there is anything else we can do to make your stay with us even more special, do not hesitate to ask.


Third party reservations

Any reservation made through a 3rd party site may be subject to different policies and may require prepayment or a deposit. If you have any special requests or needs, we suggest you contact the hotel directly. If you book through a 3rd party site any revisions or changes to the reservation must be made directly with the originating site. The hotel cannot make any changes to 3rd party reservations
